I hope this will satisfy your sweet and salty craving as it did mine. I used CHUAO potato chip chocolate bar because it already has pieces of potato chip in it. This is a shortcut with a wonderful result.
The frosting is sweet and saltier than most cupcake. If you prefer it to be less salty, use only 1 CHUAO potato chip chocolate bar.
I frosted chocolate cupcake with potato chip chocolate cream cheese frosting. I also drizzled each cupcake with melted potato chip chocolate bar and give it one potato chip each cupcake. Now that’s my version of potato chip chocolate cupcake to you.
