  1. Hey Pang! Well, I am so glad that you decided not to disappear from blogging for awhile! Your hero shots are just as gorgeous as ever. Thanks so much for the link to the info on copyright infringement. I will look it over for sure and look forward to all of your future posts whether or not they are organized… 😀

    • Pang

Thank you..Thank you..Thank you SO MUCH for your kind words, Julianna. So glad you like it & so nice of you to stop by during my ‘construction’ 🙂
      xoxo

  2. Stunning images as always, and thanks for taking the time to post the recipes too so that we aren’t just drooling we can do some cooking/baking too. 🙂 All best wishes with your studies and look forward to any and all posts from you – with or without recipes.

    • Pang

You are so supportive, Kellie. I am so happy you are here and thank you for your kind comment. Yay!!!!!
      xoxo

  3. Just when I thought I couldn’t love you more, you make a hot dog look just that pretty! <3 I can hardly handle it. Love it, Pang!

    • Pang

Thank you SO MUCH, sweet Em 🙂

  4. Ah! Ha! It seems you could not hide from us for very long. The photos look beautiful as usual and I’m glad that you could stop by. . .even if it was a quickie to share these recipes with us. Good luck on developing your portfolio.

    • Pang

It seemed that way, didn’t it? hahaha
So glad you stopped by, too, Lynn. 🙂

  5. Oh, Pang! I missed your last post (although oh my gosh, that omelette looks SO good) and didn’t know about the hiatus until now — I’m so glad to see you back, even if briefly, and so sad to hear you might not be around as often for the coming weeks. The blogosphere is so much brighter with you in it that I hope you’ll be around again soon. But of course, hope that you do what is best for you and hope that everything is well with you <3 these photos are absolutely stunning — those brownies!! the gorgeous swirls in that soup! You are so talented. Thinking of you, dear friend!

    • Pang

You are the sweetest, Cynthia. I feel so lucky we are in one another’s blogs. I love this blogging community more and more because you are in it 🙂

As for the hiatus goes, I will hurry up and come back soon because I do miss you, too 🙂
      xoxo

  6. Well, SO glad you decided to not disappear after all! 🙂 Your photography is so pretty! And it helps to keep doing stuff, even though sometimes you might not like it – that’s the whole point of building a portfolio! That might be the prettiest hot dog I’ve ever seen!
(But why did you add double images? :o)

    • Pang

You are so right; I do need to keep doing stuff in order to build my portfolio.
And I changed to single image as per your suggestion.. what was I thinking? hahaha

I am truly flattered that you like my hotdog photo considering you are a true vegetarian 🙂
Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by, Valentina. Your kind words & suggestion are always appreciated. 🙂

  7. I’m glad you’ve returned, Pang. although, I’m curious as to why you studied a photographer’s copyrights? I mean every photographer should know the law, but did someone steal/take credit for your photos?

    • Pang

You are right every photographers should know the law, but it turned out I knew so little of them. I have continuously found out that other people were using my content & photos without my permission (not in a fair use way), and I was really annoyed.

Now that I have all my photo registered with the copyright office, I feel better.

Thank you so much for your concerns and for your kind words, Mondo 🙂
      xoxo

  8. Beautiful photography as usual! You are very talented! And the hot dog…you can definitely sell a lot of hot dogs with the pics like this! Have a nice weekend!

    • Pang

Have a wonderful weekend to you, too, Olga. So happy to see you ‘here,’ and thank you SO MUCH for your kind words as always 🙂

  9. So glad to have you back! I love that these recipes/images are diverse yet beautiful. I barely shoot on white and I think these images have turned out like perfection. Infringement is an ongoing problem…I need to read up about it too. Can’t wait to see your portfolio! I bet it’s amazing:-)

    • Pang

I am floored by your kind words, Sonali. It’s so wonderful to have you in my blogging community.
Your photographs are so wonderful; please protect them.
      xoxo

  10. I saw your brownie photo (love it) on Facebook and thought, “wasn’t she taking a break? I’m glad we get one more post from you! The group board won’t be the same without you!
It is so hard to shoot on white, these are awesome! I’m sure your portfolio will be phenomenal! Would love to see it sometime : )

    • Pang

Hahaha.. It looks like I can’t seem to disappear from the blogging community after all.
Well, I guess I am going to have to come back sooner than I thought 🙂
Thank you so much for your kind words as always, Steph
      xoxo

  12. Hi Pang,
I’m first time here, thanks to the lovely and inspirative photo of the brownie – and by my humble opinion, you should never ever stop from blogging 🙂

    • Pang

Thank you, Jasmin. That is so sweet of you 🙂

  13. I love the chocolate brownie picture Pang. Recently I’m working in white too, when I think I’m done will switch to dark 😀 I’m glad you can work on your portfolio!! Have a lovely week xx

  14. Ann

Oh…..wanna move back to live near you again Pang!! Everything looks so pretty and yummy. I so much like the white wood table you put all the food on and the way you set up all the prop, paper, olive, spoons and etc. Seriously, I need that White Choc Brownie 😀

Good luck for your portfolio and research na ja.
