Many of my blogger friends suggested that I should not disappear from the blog, and I should keep sharing my photos regardless. Thank you guys 🙂
I might as well since I can’t seem to be away from you guys anyway. hahaha Today, I present you, M E A T!!!! Spareribs, to be exact. After looking through my blog/portfolio, I realized I had not done any post about meat, and then on the same day, Bon Appétit magazine arrived at my house with this recipe!!! Whoa!!! Spooky, huh!!! And without a doubt, I knew I was meant to make it and photograph it.

By the way, have you heard about Sini’s situation? She was forced to close down her blog, my blue & white kitchen, because her entire website had been illegally mirrored and displayed on another internet address while trying to make money through affiliate links etc. I was shocked and sad to learn about that. Though I would not call myself an avid fan of Sini’s blog, I have followed her blog through FB & IG; I really admire her recipes and her photos.
I would be really sad if any of you (or me) become another victim of this type of harmful copyright infringement, so please protect yourself from those greedy individuals before it’s too difficult or too expensive to fix.
