  1. Time has definitely slipped away this year! But I’ll have to make time to make tomatoes confit! I have some waiting in the garden!

  2. What an absolutely gorgeous collection of preserve recipes. I haven’t heard of the Tiger stripe figs, but they are so cute. I hope to hear more about your current adventures. We love your posts but it’s also good to know you’ve got an exciting life. And none of us ever feel we have mailed our personal goals. Don’t be hard on yourself.

  4. How did I miss this post? Love the photos as usual! Time does fly by really fast and it can be a challenge to get the things done that we had intended. I read somewhere to work on something for 15 minutes a day and if you are into it go longer than 15 minutes. Before you know it you have a lot done. I’ve been trying to do this and it’s working for the most part. 😀 xO

  5. I love all of your preserve posts, Pang! I’ve learned so much from you about extending the season even if it’s for a few weeks! The garlic sounds incredibly flavorful and it’s always so convenient to have a bit of roasted garlic on hand. I can imagine how delicious the oil is after the garlic is gone! Hello salad dressing or pasta drizzle! WOW! ! Figs are sadly already done here… my goodness their season is short! Thank you for this Pang and your inspiring photog!
