  1. This might be the best burger the world has ever seen Pang! OMG!!! I am gushing over your superb photos too.

Your comment made my day, Johanne. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH xoxo

  2. Although the quinoa burger is calling me the other – meaty – burgers are so beautifully photographed they would tempt anyone! And you are not a rubbish blogger, just an ultra-busy person 🙂

    • Pang

You are SO SWEET, Kellie. I am SO HAPPY you like the meaty ones just as much. Yay!!!!!!

  3. First of all, you are NOT a horrible blogger. You are a fantastic one. We all go through those times when we need to take a little break to get inspired. These gorgeous photos do not happen coincidentally. It surprises me to hear from non-photographer/blogger friends when they think that it happens just like that. No one understands how much time and effort it goes into creating a blog post.
Quite frankly, I really do not know how some bloggers produce 3 blog posts a week and each and every one of those blog posts look gorgeous. I personally need to marinate in my ideas to produce good photography and interesting writing.
About these burgers: Your photography and the choice of ingredients (heck YEAH to Turkish pepper!!!) are so beautiful (and interesting), I literally want to reach into my computer screen and grab a bite. Like you said, burgers are such an easy meal to make people usually forget about it. I am into all kinds of burgers, but the quinoa veggie burger excites me the most in this bunch.
Keep your head up high. You have a lot of fans out there and I am just one of the many.
    XOXO

So sweet of you to leave me one of the most thoughtful comments I have ever received, Aysegul. Thank you SO MUCH.
I’m so touched and overjoyed by your comment. So happy for your kindness and encouragement, and by the way, I am a big fan of you & your blog as well.
      xoxo

  4. Yah, what Aysegul said!!! I use to think I needed to post a lot, but I realized that they weren’t as good as they could be. I would rather see quality posts over quantity! Besides, I get overwhelmed by too many post from a blogger I like. I think you are doing great!
The quinoa burgers sound amazing! Your styling of these burgers is insane!

Thank you..Thank you..Thank you SO MUCH for such a sweet comment, Steph. I haven’t posted as often as I would like to because I have been doing a family project I need to finish urgently before I fly back to Thailand. I am so happy you are here, really I do.
I am so glad you like the veggie burger one 🙂
      xoxo

  5. Burger is one thing, I am kind of suck at constructing! But that’s also one thing I can indulge on every other day. Yours look just stunning! xx

    • Pang

I suck at constructing a burger, too; that’s why it took me many times to get what you saw here. (phew) This burger project was a hard one for sure. It didn’t matter now how difficult that was because it was proven to be worth it as I am SO HAPPY you like it. Yay!!!!!!! xoxo

  6. Hmmmm…sorry, CANNOT decide! I’d love to have them all. I am not a burger lover like the other 3 in my family but when I look at these I feel like they are so much more than a burger. Such lovely flavours and bright colours. They’ve got attitude! Looks like you will give the burger companies a run for their money. And please don’t call yourself ‘horrible’! You are fabulous! This is a part of life….not everything is in our control and seriously I envy people who can post regularly but I can never be like them. Keep up your great spirit and work. That’s special and not everyone has it!

    • Pang

I am reading your comment with a HUGE smile on my face, Sonali. Thank you SOOOOOO MUCH for such kind words. And I am glad I make you thinking about burger again. Btw, I love that my burgers ‘speak’ to you with the ‘tude.’
      xoxo

  7. these photos are amazing!! wish we could try the quinoa buger for lunch now, i’m so hungry while looking at these great pictures!! <3 <3 <3

    • Pang

Thank you SO MUCH for your sweet words, Nora & Laura. I am packing and sending the quinoa patties to Berlin asap…. 🙂
      xoxo

  8. Oh Pang. . .I hope they don’t banish the both of us to blogger prison for being a little light on the posts. I myself am going through a busy spell which never seems to let up. . .and while I have every intention to post more regularly. . . more pressing life matters always seem to get in the way. That said, what counts is producing beautiful posts with equally beautiful photography. . .and you definitely have that nailed. Besides, the way I see it is if you produce content this good. . .your readers will always be waiting in anticipation for the next masterpiece. And these burgers are just that. 😉

    • Pang

What a sweet comment, Lynn!! Thank you soon much. You always make me feel better 🙂 Btw, I wonder what will be served in the blogger prison, and would you be my cell mate? 😀

  9. God Pang your photography is just STUNNING!!! You should be photographing for all the biggest food magazines!!! Seriously, I just want to stare at your photos forever.

    • Pang

Awwwwww… That means SO MUCH to me, Erika, and I hope to do just that. Thank youuuuuu sooooo much for your sweet words, lady 🙂 xoxo
